Qualifications:

  • College Graduate, BS degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience with cash handling and financial reconciliation
  • Proficiency with POS systems and back-office accounting software
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to interpret financial reports (sales, shrink, inventory adjustments)
  • Familiarity with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping principles
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work with sensitive financial information confidentially
  • Problem-solving skills, especially in identifying discrepancies
  • Good communication skills for working with store managers, vendors, and corporate staff
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work early mornings or weekends if needed
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a store operations team
  • Ability to follow company policies, audit standards, and cash-handling procedures
