The Social Media Manager will oversee Jolly Home's digital presence, ensuring all platforms are active, engaging, and aligned with sales goals. This role goes beyond posting — it involves managing marketplace listings, coordinating campaigns, monitoring competitor activity, and ensuring smooth customer interactions online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day posting on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Write engaging captions and adapt content for each platform.
  • Monitor inquiries/orders from Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Messenger.
  • Coordinate promotions and campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 10.10, 11.11 sales).
  • Track competitor campaigns and report insights to management.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports (sales, reach, engagement).
  • Train/oversee associates or interns assisting with content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–3 years experience in social media or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop processes.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English & Filipino.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati.
