  • Quality Control – Conduct and validate inspections to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
  • Site Presence – Maintain consistent presence on project sites, especially during critical installations, inspections, and turnover.
  • Reporting – Submit progress reports, site updates, and documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Coordination – Work with project managers, supervisors, installers, and suppliers to resolve technical challenges.
  • Client Communication – Address technical concerns and ensure client satisfaction during site visits.
  • Compliance & Safety – Enforce adherence to building codes, safety rules, and OTEC specifications (including Sir David's Team).
  • Problem-Solving – Resolve technical issues in design, measurement, or installation.
  • Documentation – Maintain records of measurements, modifications, and as-built drawings.
  • Continuous Improvement – Recommend enhancements to installation methods, materials handling, and quality control.
