About the Role

As the Brand Officer at Straightforward Educational Consultancy Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand identity and driving its marketing and communications strategies across all business units. Based in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, this full-time position will see you collaborate closely with the broader marketing team and work directly with the company's CEO to ensure consistent, high-impact brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.

As the Brand Officer, you will support and manage the branding, social media presence, and content execution for Straightforward Education's product lines—including Straightforward Education (Study Abroad Agency), Straightforward Visa Services (Travel & Visa Services), CEO Personal Branding, and other company products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and executing innovative brand-building campaigns to heighten awareness and engagement across all Straightforward brands
• Crafting compelling content for the company's website, social media channels, CEO branding initiatives, and other marketing collateral
• Managing daily social media posting, brand storytelling, and engagement for various business units
• Working closely with the company's CEO on branding direction, content messaging, and strategic company positioning
• Monitoring and analysing brand performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and guide future initiatives
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and relevant brand positioning
• Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure brand alignment
• Supporting the planning and execution of key marketing and communications projects, events, and campaigns
• Coordinating with designers and content creators to maintain brand consistency in visual and written materials

• Capable of managing multiple brands at once
• Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Canva or basic editing tools (advantage)
• Experienced in education, visa services, advertising, or digital agencies (a plus)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree as the minimum education requirement

General Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or social media—preferably within the education, services, or professional sectors
• Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities with proven experience in developing impactful brand campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics dashboards
• Demonstrated proficiency in essential digital marketing tools and analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Hootsuite
• A strong eye for design and understanding of brand aesthetics, visual identity, and storytelling
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
