Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to new client companies; understand their hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, presenting, and closing candidates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Build a local talent pipeline and contribute to developing recruitment SOPs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client delivery and high service quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in headhunting or executive search.
  • Proven record in client acquisition or account management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Familiar with recruitment tools and ATS systems.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in BPO, Tech, or Sales roles is a plus.
