The Solutions Specialist will support sales and client engagement by delivering tailored technology solutions, including Canon products, document solutions, and enterprise software. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing skills to drive business growth and ensure customer success in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client needs and propose technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations to clients.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement systems integration and IT solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canon's product portfolio and related technologies.
  • Assist in project deployment, testing, and troubleshooting for client solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, client management, and the IT industry.
  • Eagerness to learn about sales, technology solutions, and client management.
  • Strong knowledge of a service industry product portfolio and related technologies (document solutions, imaging systems, cloud platforms).
  • Experience with enterprise software, networking, and systems integration.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (Microsoft, VMware, Canon Solutions) are a plus.
