Public Relations Assistant

We are looking to hire a PR Assistant who plays vital supporting role in the PR team. He/she assists in executing the following tasks to help sustain interest in the brand among media, influencers, communities, and other stakeholders :

• Support the team by managing all operational support activities with excellence, timeliness, and needed agility
• Source information about the current media landscape, target audiences, and influencers/ communities/content creators
• Able to represent the brand and company in a genuine and engaging manner

Other responsibilities:

• Assist the team in PR plan execution
• PR Kits - participate in the ideation, and lead the sourcing and procurement of PR kit elements and assembly ensuring the best possible quality
• Lead the arrangement of deliveries and coordination with warehouse and in-house messengers
• Seeding of press materials to media and regular updating of media lists
• Regular sourcing of up-and-coming influencers, UGCs, and communities that fit the set criteria
• Assist in day-to-day coordination with influencers, media, communities, and partnerships
• Lead in ensuring real-time PR initiative results in monitoring and reporting.
• Support the PR team's activities whether through the preparation of material, coordination, or execution:
• Top tier stories
• PR "stunts"
• Influencer partnerships
• Community and UGC partnerships
• Ongoing news bureau activities
• Reactive media management
• Media and Influencer Events
• Support the team in the execution of relationship-building efforts (Media, Influencers, UGC Relations) by following through in communications
• Monitoring and reporting for Crisis Management
• Timely budget liquidations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• Demonstrated success in daily PR or marketing operations, organization, and coordination with agility, urgency, timeliness, and initiative
• PR Agency work experience in servicing clients to achieve sustainable high performance is a plus
• Good communication skills especially when coordinating with external partners (suppliers) and stakeholders. Able to communicate what needs to be done in a clear manner
• Ability to write a PLUS with openness to upskill.
• With experience dealing with suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• With a hunger to learn emerging trends and technologies for PR and marketing
• Has strong project and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple demanding initiatives concurrently, balance multiple priorities, work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines
• Has a strong sense of urgency, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to participate in cross-functional teams with highly developed teamwork skills
• Writing, editing, and verbal communication skills are a plus
• Willing to work onsite in our Quezon City office
