About the role

This full-time Sales Personnel role within the Silicon Valley Computer Group Phils Inc.' retail store in General Santos City South Cotabato is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the store.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations
  2. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  3. Maintain a well-presented and organised store environment
  4. Assist with stock management and replenishment tasks
  5. Support the store team with various administrative and operational duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide informed recommendations
  4. Numerical skills and attention to detail to handle cash and stock management
  5. A positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude
  6. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
