About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team at Autoglass.Ph.,Inc' in General Santos City, South Cotabato. As the Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our local branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the growth and success of our business in the region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee the efficient operation of the branch, including supervision of staff, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and ensuring the timely completion of all customer orders
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction
  4. Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and address any operational challenges or opportunities for growth
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  6. Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of branch personnel
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail or consumer products industry
  2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  4. Proficient in using relevant software and tools to manage branch operations
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  6. Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
