Your Role
As an ERP Senior Applications Support Officer, you will:

• Work as part of the ERP team to maintain and support the Supagas ERP Systems (Pronto and Ignition) and the Driver App nationally for both Corporate and Branch users.
• To support the ERP Systems Manager by assisting with the smooth running of the ERP systems and related applications for all the required departments to enhance the Supagas users experience and with setting priorities and managing workflow.
• Embody the 'Yes we can' ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities.
• Adopt and promote a safety-first mindset.
• Provide high-quality Level 2 functional ERP support, responding to service desk tickets, calls, and user queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues, identify root causes, and resolve or escalate as appropriate.
• Liaise with ERP vendors and internal IT teams to coordinate system fixes, improvements, and support cases.
• Perform functional configuration, master data updates, and changes to support business processes and operational requirements.
• Administer user access, security roles, and permissions in accordance with internal controls and security policies.
• Assist in the testing and validation of system changes, upgrades, and patches to ensure high-quality, error-free deployments.
• Support the documentation of standard operating procedures, issue resolutions, and training guides.
• Assist with user onboarding and training on ERP systems and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and assist with small-scale projects or enhancement requests.
• Perform other duties as required to support the effective operation of ERP systems.

What You Need
Non-negotiables

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting ERP systems in a functional or support capacity.

• Familiarity with ERP modules preferred which include:

• Accounts Receivable

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Sales Orders
• Inventory

• Purchase Orders

• Formal qualifications in IT, Business Systems, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional ERP issues.
• Proactive and quick to learn new systems and business processes.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of business functions, particularly in logistics, customer service, finance, and manufacturing.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in supporting business-critical systems.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and build effective working relationships with users and stakeholders.
