ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (e.g., REE in the Philippines or equivalent)
  • Additional certifications in energy systems, project management (e.g., PMP), or AutoCAD/ETAP are a plus

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the power/energy industry
  • Exposure to project development, feasibility studies, and technical proposal preparation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including business development, procurement, and project execution

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in electrical design and analysis tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, PSSE, PSCAD)
  • Knowledge of power systems, renewable energy integration, and electrical safety standards
  • Familiarity with local and international codes (e.g., Philippine Grid Code, IEC, IEEE)

Business & Project Integration

  • Ability to support business development through technical inputs, cost estimation, and client presentations
  • Skilled in preparing technical documentation, bid packages, and compliance reports
  • Experience in coordinating with project managers to align engineering deliverables with timelines and budgets
