SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in the power/energy sector
  • Proven track record in design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for power generation, transmission, or distribution
  • Experience collaborating with business development and project management teams on technical proposals, feasibility studies, and client presentations

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required); Master's degree preferred
  • Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) or equivalent certification
  • Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or energy systems (e.g., REE, CEM) are advantageous

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, MATLAB, PSSE, Synergi Electric)
  • Strong understanding of power systems, renewable energy technologies, grid integration, and energy efficiency
  • Familiarity with local and international electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NEC, Philippine Grid Code)

Business & Project Integration

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for proposals and client engagements
  • Skilled in preparing technical documentation, cost estimates, and risk assessments for energy projects
  • Experience supporting bid development, contract reviews, and stakeholder coordination
