Overview:

As our
Consumer Business Management Lead
, you'll drive strategy and growth across key consumer propositions—from cards and QR payments to bills and airtime.

What you will do:

  • Be the go-to strategist for multiple consumer products within the Maya ecosystem.
  • Lead the development and expansion of our Payroll proposition, collaborating across product, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Turn customer insights and market trends into actionable strategies that boost adoption, usage, and revenue.
  • Own performance tracking, business reviews, and reporting to ensure we hit growth and profitability targets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to launch go-to-market plans and deliver results.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 6–8 years of experience in consumer business management, product strategy, or commercial roles—ideally in fintech, banking, or digital services.
  • Proven success in growing consumer-facing products.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in business case development.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
