Job Summary

The Junior Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for conducting high-volume candidate outreach and initial engagement activities to support recruitment operations. This role focuses on calling out potential candidates, verifying qualifications and interest, and coordinating with recruiters to ensure a steady flow of applicants for open positions. The position plays a key role in maintaining active talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact.


Key Responsibilities
Candidate Outreach and Callouts
  • Conduct outbound calls, messages, or emails to potential candidates from databases, job portals, and referrals.
  • Pre-screen candidates by verifying qualifications, job preferences, and availability.
  • Effectively communicate job details, schedules, and next steps to interested applicants.
  • Achieve daily and weekly callout or contact targets to meet hiring demands.
  • Follow up with candidates who have expressed interest but have not yet completed applications or interviews.
Pipeline and Data Management
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and communication logs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
  • Track outreach status, candidate responses, and interview confirmations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal recruitment policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, telemarketing, or customer outreach (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with diverse candidates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional phone manner.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with recruitment databases or ATS tools is an advantage.
