Responsible for managing the overall operations of the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) Divisions. Leads the effective and efficient administration of Application, Data, Network Infrastructure, and voice network functions of the enterprise. Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or Information TechnologyKnowledge on Data Privacy and SecurityProject ManagementTraining on Digital Transformation initiativesAt least 10 years of experience in EIT management as part of senior management.

Ensures efficient and effective systems, processes, and procedures are implemented in EIT, are optimally utilized and secured. Plans and designs the enterprise application and network system based on current and upcoming business requirements. Manages the (1) application development and (2) maintenance and security of the IT infrastructure, including the corporate Applications, data/voice network, workstation, telephone equipment, servers, email and operating systems, managing, analyzing, and authorizing corresponding change controls.

Manages administrative functions of the department which include manpower resourcing, project prioritization, problem escalation management, controlling cost center expenses against budget, status reporting, and disciplinary counseling. Ensures efficient and effective daily IT Helpdesk services (i.e., call handling, recording, monitoring and status reporting of all service inquiries and requests). Manages the provision of technical support and assistance for IT Business Recovery System.

Supervises the implementation of mechanisms to ensure up-to-date documentation of the IT infrastructure, processes and policies. Leads coordination with the various user groups for their technical support requirements. Prioritizes corresponding user group activities towards meeting their change requests/system updates and ensuring proper user sign-off for completion.

Coordinates with other Departments on matters which impact the management of IT implementation and integration of services to users. Escalating critical concerns and issues to CFO with recommended solutions. Manages application and software licensing and hardware procurements and agreements.

Evaluates, recommends, and implements new applications, trends, developments, technologies, and practices in IT infrastructure, network management as applicable. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
