Sales Manager

leading IT solutions sales, responsible for strategy, team leadership, and revenue growth. Combines strategic vision with hands-on support, driving high-performance teams and closing complex enterprise and government deals from prospect to contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.

  • Set and achieve revenue targets, leveraging market insights and customer needs.

Team Leadership & Sales Enablement

  • Lead and coach sales teams to drive performance through KPIs and development plans.

  • Support high-value deals with strategy, positioning, and direct involvement.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with enterprise and government clients.

  • Oversee tailored engagement strategies and act as escalation point for key accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with technical, product, and marketing teams to meet market demands.

  • Convert client feedback into actionable product and service improvements.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Manage forecasting, pipeline, and performance via CRM and BI tools.

  • Optimize sales processes for efficiency and impact.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and ROI tracking.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate key agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive managerial experience in IT solution sales.

  • Prior experience working with a System Integrator (SI) is required.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, software, and integration services.

  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Proficiency in pipeline management, deal structuring, and enterprise-level negotiations.

  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
