WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Experience managing a large and complex product catalog.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP/inventory systems.
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA Restock Limits, Inventory Performance Index (IPI) optimization, and Amazon storage fee structures.
  • Experience collaborating with 3PLs, prep centers, or international suppliers.
  • Understanding of forecasting models, demand planning, and data automation tools.
  • Background in retail operations, supply chain management, or eCommerce analytics.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA operations (non-FBA experience will not be considered).
  • Proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central, including shipment creation, inventory management, restock limits, and reimbursement processes.
  • Strong data analysis skills — highly number-oriented and data-driven, able to justify decisions with metrics and insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and performance tracking).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Patient, methodical, and calm under pressure when dealing with Amazon or supplier issues.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement and inventory optimization within FBA or eCommerce operations.
