Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer / Printing Operator to join our in-house printing team inside the resort. This role combines graphic design, printing machine operation, and T-shirt printing using vinyl cutting and heat press. The ideal candidate can design, prepare files, and produce high-quality outputs for tarpaulins, signage, shirts, souvenirs, uniforms, and marketing materials for both resort use and client orders.

Job Description:

  • Design and layout marketing materials such as posters, tarpaulins, signage, brochures, event collaterals, and personalized client projects.
  • Create custom T-shirt designs for events, staff uniforms, souvenirs, and walk-in clients.
  • Prepare print-ready files with correct sizing, color settings (CMYK), and bleed for production.
  • Operate and maintain large-format printers, vinyl cutters, and heat press machines.
  • Handle T-shirt vinyl cutting and heat press application from start to finish.
  • Conduct quality checks on every print job to ensure professional results.
  • Assist walk-in clients with quick design edits or print setup, including rush jobs.
  • Perform routine maintenance of machines and keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Monitor supply inventory (vinyl, tarpaulin, ink, paper, etc.) and coordinate replenishment.
  • Work with marketing and events teams to support their printing and design requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, especially during peak seasons.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and printing operations, including T-shirt vinyl printing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva/Figma.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in vinyl cutting and heat press for T-shirts (no sublimation required).
  • Familiarity with large-format printers and print file preparation (CMYK, bleed, resolution).
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
  • Willing to work full-time on-site at the resort.

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
