The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for developing marketing and sales strategies to expand business relationships within the target client market.

Marketing and Sales Strategies

  • Gather information (product, people, place, price, promotion) needed in making competitive and relevant proposals.
  • Collaborates with Marketing Specialists in developing marketing plans and workflow.
  • Prepares sales proposals for prospective clients
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and social media presence.

Machine and Products Positioning

  • Promotes various machines and products of DermAsia with emphasis on new account solicitation and expansion within the target/market area
  • Prepares and conducts product presentations and machine demonstrations
  • Promote machines and products in different marketing channels

Client Management

  • Receives sponsorship requests and ensures delivery of excellent customer service and builds long-term relationships with clients.
  • Coordinates programs with Marketing for new and existing accounts to meet target volume and profit objectives.
  • Handle complaints and address concerns promptly; escalates as necessary
  • Provide updates on new machines and products, particularly changes in scope and rates with reference to the coverage and validity of their existing contracts.
  • Assists the Credit and Collection team with problems of company clients as required.
  • Trains doctors and clinic staff on machine protocols in coordination with Product Trainers.

Other related functions

  • Attends Dermatology Associations' conventions and events for affiliation and promotion of machines and products.
  • Coordinates with Credit and Collection all outstanding balance of existing clients and other receivables.
  • Prepares monthly and annual sales reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php25,000.00 per month
