Providing accurate data analysis to track marketing performance and delivering actionable insights that shape strategy. This role ensures marketing teams have both the numbers and the narratives needed to optimize campaigns, understand customer behavior, and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from multiple sources (CRM, web analytics, ad platforms, social media).
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Conduct A/B tests, campaign performance reviews, and channel effectiveness studies.
  • Analyze customer segments, behaviors, and market trends to generate strategic insights.
  • Translate data into clear business recommendations through reports, presentations, and visual storytelling.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align insights with business strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to support forward-looking strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with both numbers and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in market research and customer insights (surveys, segmentation, profiling) is an advantage.
  • Willing to work

    and do field work as needed.
