Job Summary

We are looking for a Foreign Exchange Staff to assist in daily forex rate monitoring, transaction processing, and customer coordination. The role ensures that currency exchange operations run smoothly and that customers receive accurate and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update daily buying and selling rates across currencies.
  • Coordinate with branches for rate changes and forex inquiries.
  • Prepare daily transaction and performance reports for management.
  • Conduct simple market checks and competitor rate comparisons.
  • Support customer inquiries and ensure proper documentation of forex transactions.
  • Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with administrative and reporting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Business, Finance, or related course (college level acceptable).
  • With experience in pawnshop, remittance, or forex operations — advantage but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and digital tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • Can start immediately.
