Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description:

  • Serves existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
  • Address and troubleshoot basic technical concerns and inquiries of customers.
  • Collect receivables from customers in assigned territories.
  • Accomplishes and submits performance and sales reports to Area Sales Head (including, but not limited to, daily activity reports, weekly reports and monthly sales reports)
  • Adheres to the cost to sales ratio set by higher management
