Recruitment & Hiring:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide support in candidate selection.

  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding processes for new hires.

Timekeeping & Attendance Management:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records.

  • Process and validate daily time records, leaves, and overtime requests.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding work hours, tardiness, and absences.

  • Prepare attendance reports for payroll preparation.

Purchasing & Office Supplies Management:

  • Handle procurement of company-related supplies, equipment, and materials.

  • Source and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.

  • Maintain inventory and monitor usage of office and supplies.

  • Process purchase requests and ensure proper documentation

Job Qualification

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any business-related course
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Good in time management and handling priorities
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Capable of achieving deadlines and must have a can-do attitude
  • Preferably with 1 – 2 years recruitment experience
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and highly organized
  • With a high level of integrity and strong interpersonal skills
