About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Analyst who can independently deliver data-driven solutions that drive business decisions and client success. This role involves developing ad hoc reports using SQL and Excel, automating MIDAS reports for end-users, and managing research-based projects using Excel Dashboards and Power Query.

As a key contributor to client-facing outputs, you will create impactful presentations that compare client performance against industry benchmarks, providing actionable insights for improvement. You will collaborate with team leaders to highlight our companys value proposition and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop ad hoc and automated reports (SQL, Excel, MIDAS).
  • Lead research-driven projects and build dashboards (Excel, Power Query).
  • Create slide decks with data insights, trends, and benchmarking analysis.
  • Manage reporting tasks independently via internal queues.
  • Ensure data accuracy, maintain query/code standards, and conduct quality checks.
  • Assist in documentation and training materials, ensuring repository accuracy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support analytics strategies and client engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (including Power Query), and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in automating reports and managing long-term analytical projects.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing presentations and documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and deadlines.
  • Experience in maintaining documentation and supporting team knowledge sharing.
