  • Minimum Qualifications: Must have minimum of 5 years work experience in Operations under a retail company or FMCG company

  • Has superior analytic skills
  • Has an organized and systematic work process
  • Has both charismatic and pragmatic leadership skills
  • Well-versed in MS Applications
  • Someone who believes that working overtime and during the weekends is inevitable in Operations
