  • Coordinate with Legal Council Service Department for the preparation of standard contracts, agreements, amendments, and change requests using approved templates and workflows
  • Maintain a robust and organized contract repository (physical and digital files) for monitoring and reference purposes
  • Monitor key dates, including contract expiration/renewal deadlines, payment schedules, and compliance milestones.
  • Ensure all contracts and related processes comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Identify and flag non-standard clauses or terms that may pose a risk to the business, escalating them to Management.
  • Review and verify the completeness of accreditation list documents, suppliers, truckers, outsourced services, and security services
  • Responsible for monitoring and accurate International Financial Reporting Standards Project Mandatory Sustainability Disclosure
  • Responsible in monitoring and updating of accountability form

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or any related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Contract Administration, Paralegal work, or a Procurement role
  • The ability to spot errors, omissions, and inconsistencies in complex legal documents
  • Must be highly organized to manage a high volume of contracts and maintain accurate records
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication for coordinating across diverse teams
  • Applicants must be willing to deploy in Pasig City
