Position: Wound Care Nurse (Entry-Level / Roving)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Wound Care Nurse to join our clinical team. This is an entry-level position, open to licensed nurses with no prior wound care experience, but who are willing to learn and undergo training.

The role involves roving assignments between our Fairview and East Avenue branches, with flexibility for deployment on Fridays and Saturdays, depending on clinic needs.

On non-wound care days, the nurse will be assigned to assist in the Operating Room (OR) or support general clinic nursing duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assessment, cleaning, and dressing of wounds under supervision
  • Monitor and document wound healing and escalate concerns as necessary
  • Educate patients and caregivers on proper wound care practices
  • Support the nursing team in OR procedures, including pre- and post-operative care
  • Perform general clinic tasks such as vital signs, patient preparation, and charting
  • Maintain infection control standards and ensure cleanliness of treatment areas
  • Participate in wound care training and development programs

Qualifications

  • Must be a Licensed Nurse with a valid PRC license
  • Open to fresh graduates or those without wound care experience
  • Willing to be trained
  • Flexible with roving assignments across multiple branches
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
  • Seeking dedicated individuals willing to commit to a six-day work week, as our clinic operates from Monday to Sunday
  • Willing to be assigned to either Commonwealth Ave., Quezon City or East Avenue, Quezon City based on operational requirements.
