Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply & Demand Planner to manage end-to-end planning activities across multiple product categories and locations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, managing purchase orders, and ensuring product availability in alignment with sales trends and inventory goals. You will play a key role in optimizing the product lifecycle from initial buys to markdown strategies and end-of-life transitions while maintaining efficient stock levels and reducing excess inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for multiple SKUs and store locations based on sales trends, seasonality, and promotions.
  • Manage the full purchase order cycle: creation, submission to suppliers, tracking, delivery monitoring, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to optimize lead times, reduce out-of-stock risks, and improve on-time delivery performance.
  • Use advanced Excel models and planning tools to manage order flow, monitor stock levels, and identify potential risks (overstocks, backorders, etc.).
  • Own and manage the product lifecycle process including markdowns, marry-ups, and product phase-outs ensuring alignment with business strategy and inventory health.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy, stock cover, sell-through, and backorder rates.
  • Lead monthly demand and supply review meetings with stakeholders, challenging assumptions to improve forecast reliability.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in demand and supply planning processes, tools, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Merchandising, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning, inventory management, or merchandising within the retail Australian industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle planning (e.g., markdown strategies, marry-ups, SKU rationalization).
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, index-match, IF formulas, conditional formatting, basic modeling).
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Anaplan, or similar tools) is highly desirable.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas for one (1) month onsite and WFH afterwards
  • Can start ASAP once hired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
