Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for retail and operations excellence? We're looking for dynamic Product Applications Management Associate to lead our branch in Novaliches Quezon City.

SALARY: ₱28,000–₱35,000/month

WORK SCHEDULE: Dayshift, Full-time, onsite

LOCATION: Novaliches Quezon City

About the role:

The role responsible for supporting lab-based product application testing, including preparation of test samples, execution of basic lab trials, and documentation of results. The role assists in the coordination of lab schedules, equipment readiness, and resource availability to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the applications lab.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related course
  • 1–2 years of work experience in a laboratory or product development environment is preferred.
  • With skills in Product Development Strategy, Product Concept Engineering, Food Product Knowledge & Formulation, Food Chemistry & Analysis
  • With basic knowledge in Prototype Sample Development, Yield Calculation & Costing, Packaging Design & Technology, Process Design & Preparation Methods, Food Safety & Microbiology, Quality Management System, Regulatory Compliance, Industrial Design and Manufacturing Operations Support Technical Center
  • Basic understanding of lab procedures, product formulations, and test protocols
  • Familiar with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and food safety standards
  • Must have professional discretion and integrity in handling confidential data
  • Willing to be based in Novaliches

Job Type: Full-time
