The Associate Product Manager supports the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from strategic planning to execution. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations—to deliver innovative, user-centric products that align with company goals and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset and a passion for creating impactful product experiences.

Product Strategy & Planning

  • Support the development and execution of the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to identify new opportunities.
  • Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and key performance metrics.

Product Development & Execution

  • Translate product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review meetings.
  • Test and validate new features to ensure they meet user and business needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to track product performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and transparency on priorities and progress.
Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA (preferred but not required).
  • 2–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working in agile or cross-functional environments preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Productboard, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
