Job Summary:

The Admin Manager shall oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that all departments are working together effectively to achieve the company's goals. The Admin Manager shall assist the Department Heads in the creation of processes, policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creation and implementation of processes, policies, procedures, and systems to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and assist the consultant for payroll preparation, mandatories, and management of employee database in 201 files and HRIS system
  • Manage the HR department: Recruitment, on/off- boarding, Compensation & Benefits, 201 files of the employees
  • Develop & Implement HR Strategies and iniatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system
  • Manage the corporate legal documents and legal matters
  • Manage the daily operations of the admin, HR and compliance and ensure that all departments are working together effectively.
  • Monitoring of CPR, FDA, LTO, NMIS, BFAR, BOC, Business Permit, Sanitary, Fire and other compliance Requirements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance metrics of subordinates, provide feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Involved in managing and developing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure that the company is operating within its financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO/President on operational performance and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Human Resources , Operations Management or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Hr, admin or operations management, preferably in supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing operational processes, polices and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of Labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong knowledge of admin/operations management principles and techniques.
  • Preferably with certification in Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (with alternating Saturdays)
  • Office Hours: 9AM - 6PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php100,000.00 per month
