Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all marketing initiatives. This role manages both strategic and operational aspects of marketing, including campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, affiliates and community building, and cross-functional team coordination. The Marketing Manager ensures alignment with the overall brand strategy and maximizes the impact of marketing efforts across retail and ecommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Process Management

  • Streamline marketing workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce marketing operational gaps.
  • Implement project management systems for task tracking and team accountability.

Campaign and Product Launch Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end process including the planning, coordinating, and executing product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely launch execution and according to brand guidelines within the approved budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Brand, Creatives, PR, Digital, and Retail to ensure alignment.
  • Track campaign progress, monitor KPIs, and report results to the Marketing Director.
  • Conduct Pre & Post evaluation after every campaign.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Managing the marketing team and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support skill development initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and proactive environment across marketing teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles including leadership or managerial roles.
  • Beauty or FMCG related experience is a plus
  • Experience in campaign coordination, product launches, and operational marketing management
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing operations, project management, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and data for decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external coordination
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for multi-campaign management.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and solution-oriented.
  • Maintains sound judgment under pressure or crisis with composure and professionalism
