The Digital Marketing Associate plays a pivotal role in promoting the company's products and solutions through various digital channels. This position involves designing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, achieve conversions, and retain target customers. The primary focus is on social media campaigns, overseeing their planning and evaluation.

Additionally, understanding the company's target customers, brand messaging, and devising effective digital strategies is critical. Proficiency in managing social media advertisements, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM is essential. Beyond creating compelling digital marketing content, the incumbent must also evaluate and report on implemented strategies using specific metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 1-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Experience in creating, executing, and optimizing social media content and ad strategies.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent creativity, imagination, and innovative thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Highly organized with project management expertise.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with current digital trends and technologies.

What will you do?

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution

  2. Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

  3. Collaborate with brand marketing, creative teams, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive digital presence.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging content tailored to various digital channels, maintaining consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar and schedule campaigns to ensure timely execution.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROI, KPIs).
  • Use insights to optimize strategies and enhance user experience.

4. Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Research audience behaviors and market trends to inform campaigns.

5. Budget Management

  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
