About the Role
The company is seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist to amplify its message, reach more dental professionals, and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (organic and paid) to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Manage and grow social media accounts plan content calendars, write posts, schedule content, monitor engagement, and respond to messages.
Create and publish multimedia content (graphics, short videos, infographics, reels, slideshows) aligned with brand guidelines.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns targeting dental professionals.
Conduct keyword research and run PPC / Google Ads campaigns (search and display).
Manage email marketing build segmented lists, write email sequences, A/B test subject lines and content, and analyze performance metrics.
Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels (e.g., free tax analysis signups).
Track and analyze digital performance metrics (impressions, CTR, conversions, CAC, ROI) and prepare regular reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform changes; recommend and test new strategies.
Collaborate with tax strategists, accountants, and content writers to ensure compliance, accuracy, and message consistency.
Maintain brand voice, style, and messaging consistency across all digital channels.
Ensure all content and campaigns comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Required / Must-Have:
2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media, preferably in B2B, finance, accounting, or professional services.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, ad managers, and analytics tools.
Proven experience creating and scaling paid campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with measurable ROI.
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
Familiarity with landing page builders and funnel tools (Unbounce, ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Instapage).
Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, keyword research, and PPC.
Strong analytical skills ability to interpret data, create dashboards, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and visual communication skills with the ability to simplify technical or financial topics.
Familiarity or willingness to learn key financial, tax, or accounting terminology.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Creative mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
Able to work onsite.
Comfortable using Zoom with the camera on (company policy).
Preferred / Bonus:
Experience marketing to dentists, healthcare professionals, or small business owners.
Experience in video production or editing (reels, TikToks, short-form video).
Knowledge of advertising or compliance rules in finance, tax, or accounting sectors.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).
Experience collaborating with remote or distributed teams.
