NOC Monitoring Associate / Entry-Level NOC Analyst

Core Experience Required:

At least 1 year of NOC (Network Operations Center) experience, preferably in a 24/7 environment.

Background in monitoring dashboards, system alerts, logs, servers, or network traffic.

Familiarity with common monitoring tools (ex: Grafana, Kibana, Zabbix, Nagios, Datadog, SolarWinds, Splunk, Prometheus, etc.) – even basic usage is okay.

Used to flagging/escalating issues, not resolving them (pure monitoring role).

Scope of Work:

Monitor dashboards, alerts, and logs in real time

Identify irregularities and escalate to Tier 2/Engineers

Follow escalation matrix / incident workflow

No troubleshooting required

No root-cause analysis required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
