We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. The Rooms Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet our established quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and best practices.

  • Experience with inventory management.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
