Key Responsibilities

1. Laundry Operations

  • Operate washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment efficiently.
  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and properly store linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry.
  • Treat stained fabrics and perform minor mending as needed.
  • Ensure all laundry items are processed on time and meet cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area at all times.
  • Monitor laundry supply inventory and report replenishment needs.

2. General Housekeeping Support

  • Assist in other housekeeping duties if needed, such as room cleaning or public area maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping supervisor for daily assignments and priorities.
  • Follow resort cleanliness standards and safety protocols at all times.

3. Additional Duties

  • Be flexible with scheduling and work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Management.

Note: Ability to drive and possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
