- Oversees day-to-day HR operations, ensuring timely and effective execution of processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, and compensation and benefits administration.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements across all HR activities.
- Leads the implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote operational consistency and efficiency across departments.
- Manages compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes with fairness, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
- Designs, leads, and evaluates organizational development initiatives, including organizational assessments and diagnostics, competency development, change management, and culture integration strategies.
- Oversees end-to-end workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies and develops and manages robust succession planning strategies in collaboration with department heads.
- Designs and executes performance management systems and frameworks to promote accountability, continuous improvement, and team effectiveness, and support employee development.
- Champion internal communication strategies to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and employee engagement.
- Provides strategic HR guidance to senior management on HR-related matters and partners with department leaders to align HR operations with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant managerial experience in Human Resources, with solid background in HR operations and exposure to organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards.
- Proven experience in leading and implementing HR initiatives, systems, processes, and policies.
- Willing to work in MAKATI.
