Job Description:
  • Oversees day-to-day HR operations, ensuring timely and effective execution of processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping, and compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements across all HR activities.
  • Leads the implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote operational consistency and efficiency across departments.
  • Manages compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes with fairness, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
  • Designs, leads, and evaluates organizational development initiatives, including organizational assessments and diagnostics, competency development, change management, and culture integration strategies.
  • Oversees end-to-end workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies and develops and manages robust succession planning strategies in collaboration with department heads.
  • Designs and executes performance management systems and frameworks to promote accountability, continuous improvement, and team effectiveness, and support employee development.
  • Champion internal communication strategies to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and employee engagement.
  • Provides strategic HR guidance to senior management on HR-related matters and partners with department leaders to align HR operations with business goals.
Job Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant managerial experience in Human Resources, with solid background in HR operations and exposure to organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing HR initiatives, systems, processes, and policies.
  • Willing to work in MAKATI.
