We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accountancy, finance, and taxation, with a strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations and financial management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring the general ledger is accurate and up to date.
  • Taxation: Prepare and file tax returns on time, ensuring compliance with Philippine tax laws (e.g., VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax).
  • Auditing: Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documents and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, helping to guide management's financial decisions.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the AP/AR cycle, ensuring timely payments to vendors and collections from customers.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Annual Financial Statement (AFS) Preparation: Prepare and submit the company's Annual Financial Statement (AFS) in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in financial management, tax returns preparation, and accounting.
  • Hands-on experience using the BIR Portal for tax filing.
  • Knowledge of Philippine taxation, accounting principles, and labor rulings.

Skills:

  • Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and general ledger maintenance.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with financial systems and accounting softwares

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
