Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling company and project documentation, ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards, and assisting in the planning stages of specific projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control company and project documentation.
  • Follow and improve document control procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
  • Produce document progress reports for project managers.
  • Conduct regular reviews and document audits.
  • Use computers to organize and distribute documents within the project site.
  • Assist in the planning stages of specific projects.
  • Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.

Minimum Requirements:

  • College graduate of any program.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Document Controller.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Puerto Princesa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
