Job Summary

The Accounting Associate plays a key role in managing the company's day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. This position ensures compliance with accounting standards and supports the Finance Department in budgeting, payroll, tax reporting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions (journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable).

Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow.

Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers accurately and on time.

Assist in payroll processing and government compliance reports (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and records.

Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist during internal/external audits and provide requested documentation.

Collaborate with other departments for financial data accuracy and budget monitoring.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Preferably 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Philippine tax compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
