This position implements organizational strategies through effective management of resources and ensures alignment with enterprise goals, standards, and regulations.

The role also oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance to mitigate risks and ensure accuracy and fairness in financial reports.
-- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Management Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for Enterprise Accounting, Risk and Compliance, and Records Management, aligning with organizational goals. Build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.

Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and value-added change within departments. Educate senior management on best practices in financial reporting and tax matters. Operational Excellence Lead Finance Controllers to ensure governance and alignment with enterprise goals.

Oversee operations of accounting, risk, compliance, and records management departments, including organizational structure design. Establish and maintain internal controls over financial transactions and reporting. Ensure efficient transaction cycles and recommend technological improvements.

Maintain comprehensive financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely tax filings. Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance against targets.

Ensure appropriate deployment of resources within departments. Records, Reports, and Data Management Ensure availability and accuracy of operational records, reports, and data. Performance Management Lead department performance, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews.

Recognize and coach employees, plan talent development, and improve employee satisfaction. Maintain high department standards, staff retention, and ethical practices.
-- COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the retail sector, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Strong personal effectiveness, business acumen, leadership, and management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Willingness to relocate to and report in Legaspi, Bicol.
