Loss Prevention Personnel

Basic Purpose: Main Job is to keep watchful eye on stock, staff and the customers, to assist the store in securing the store and its properties from damages or loss due to both internal and external forces.

Major Responsibilities:

Security Tasks

-Bag Inspection and Body Frisking

-Assist Customers (Security Concerns)

-Monitor shoplifters

-Monitor Store's Security and Safety

-Logbook Recording

-Record employee Entry and Exit

-Record HO/Visitors entry and exit

-Record significant information, observations and incidents

-Post at the Store entrance/exit

-Monitor Cutomers and employees' activities inside the store

-Watch for possible shoplifters

-Prevent internal theft

-Assist in checking store deliveries

-Monitor Inventory count during the closing of the store

-Report any incidents to LPD - initial information must be relay immediately not later than 15 minutes upon detection of any incidents

-Report immediately to LPD if a variance occured during the inventory

-Inspect CCTV DVR if functioning

-Inspect internet connection

Safety Tasks

-Check all lights and electrical connections

-Check all above head installed Storages, Cabinet, display to prevent falling object incident

-Ensure stockroom safety and avoid improper and disorganized stocks that may fall and cause injury or obstruction on emergency exit

-Report any emergency incident to the LPD

-Coordinates with the mall admin or security in terms of security concerns

-Coordinates with the local authorities, Police or Barangay during an incident or emergency, if necessary

-Prepares evidence and necessary documents for case filing in case of apprehension of shoplifter/s

Job Qualifications:

-At least college level

-With at least 1-3 years experience in retail and security background

-With Security License if under Security Agency

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 10 days

Pay: Up to Php415.00 per day
