Responsibilities
  • Resolve client inquiries and requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner using Client Service Center applications.
  • Scan new business and conversion applications following guidelines and ensuring service level targets are met.
  • Process disbursement-related transactions such as loans, cash surrender value, cash withdrawals, plan terminations, endowment payouts; monitor receipt of termination checks and non-cash transactions to ensure service levels are met.
  • Manage Petty Cash Fund; balance receipts and funds; ensure safekeeping in the Vault and replenishment following Finance turnaround time; maintain Working Fund as needed for disbursed loose change.
  • Prepare various pre-formatted correspondences and facilitate client computations within scope/authority limits.
  • Prepare monthly reports, file confidential records, and act as backup to other Client Service Center staff.
  • Maintain the standard Look and Feel at the Client Service Centers.
  • Perform sales/marketing-related tasks specific to a one-man Client Service Center.
  • Prepare daily monitoring reports on life and mutual funds new business applications for submission to Sales Channel Head.
  • Distribute monthly updated MF sales presentation materials to licensed MF representatives in the area.
  • Coordinate and handle Proposal System/AMS related upgrades.
  • Monitor, maintain, and conduct monthly inventory of ISO supplies, forms, and equipment following approved guidelines.
  • Post company-related updates on the bulletin board; monitor and update promos; facilitate resigned agents' surrendered items; distribute status cards, duplicate O.R., memos/circulars, and policy contracts.
Office Management
  • Monitor, maintain, and conduct regular inventory of office supplies, forms, and equipment following approved guidelines/procedures.
  • Report equipment/furniture/premises maintenance issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate units.
  • Handle and coordinate incoming and outgoing documents and materials for three product lines.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on check requests and payments for various office utilities.
  • Coordinate logistics for Sun Life-initiated training and events.
