Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Hybrid/Night Shift)

The representative will be responsible for coordinating with OPENLANE Sales Professionals and external dealerships to gather, audit, input, and maintain customer's data in our information systems. Must know, practice and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are always followed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure a smooth transition for customers from point of sale through to full activation
  • Obtain customer information and input into the operating system and CRM completely and accurately and according to company guidelines.
  • Review documents provided by customers to ensure they meet company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate record of accounts in process and perform required follow-up on missing documentation or data.
  • Perform audits and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Provide support for customer account issues, ensuring proper follow through and resolution.
  • Handle all contact with customers in a professional, prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively and harmoniously in a team environment

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with admin or back office experience
  • Candidate with at least 2 years of BPO work experience
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • College graduate or with equivalent work experience
  • Candidate must be willing to work on a night shift schedule in a hybrid work set-up

Salary and Benefits:

  • P39,000 Salary Package
  • P30,000 Base Pay
  • P6,000 Non-Taxable Allowance
  • 10% Night Differential
