About the Role

This is a key role supporting our Operations and Customer Support teams. The ideal candidate is someone who has a keen attention to detail, is analytically minded with exceptional organisational skills and maintains a high degree of quality across tasks despite a high workload. You will help with everything from managing warehouse tickets and checking goods received against invoices, to uploading products on Shopify and maintaining accurate data. You must love efficient processes inside out and strive to make our business better everyday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue Purchase Orders: Send out purchase orders to suppliers based on demand.
  • Follow-Up with Suppliers: Confirm receipt of POs and chase suppliers for acknowledgments, updates, and delivery confirmations.
  • Track Deliveries: Monitor and track shipments to ensure stock arrives on time and in the correct quantities.
  • Close Purchase Orders: Reconcile deliveries against orders and ensure completed POs are closed promptly in the system.
  • Resolve Order related Issues: Assist in resolving order discrepancies, delivery delays, or other procurement-related issues.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of PO statuses and supplier communications.
  • Report Progress: Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on outstanding orders and delivery timelines.

  • Independence & Reliability: You are confident working remotely, with a quiet home setup and stable internet, managing your workload effectively without constant supervision.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with international suppliers
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple time zones
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
