Company Driver

A reliable Company driver to assist the company with all transport related duties. The company driver's responsibilities include dropping and picking up staff, collecting various packages, and maintaining a travel log/odometer to record the work hours, travel time and locations traveled to. Company driver should also be able to perform routine checks on the company vehicle.

To be successful as a company driver, Company driver should ensure that all transportation duties are carried out in a timely manner. Ultimately, a top-performing company driver should be able to ensure that addresses and other transportation details are correct before undertaking any pick-up or drop-off duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely transporting company staff, guests as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Assisting with the loading and offloading of staff/guests luggage, products, and materials.
• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
• Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and goings
• Reporting any accidents, injuries and vehicle damage to management.
• Ensuring the vehicle has enough gas before leaving to avoid the inconvenience.
• Monitor overall maintenance of the vehicle such as change oil etc.
• Annual registration of vehicle.

And other works related to operations/office;

• Concierge Attendant to hotel or restaurant – the first point of contract between guests and an organization. Who assist and open the door for guests and employees.
• Parking attendant: Serves as attendant parking facility; checks cars for proper parking authorization; directs cars parking in parking areas; positions cars to facilitate clearing of parking areas by owners; maintains the security of parked.
• Can be a liason when needed. Who works as company representative and is responsible for coordinating activities/transactions to agencies or othe groups like Pag ibig, BIR,, Registry of deeds, Assessors Office, treasurers office, municipal office, etc. Ensures complete documentation. Ensures smooth and efficient department operations.
• Assist General Service Team – Maintenance, Security and PCO when needed.
• Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
