Job description

We are looking for a Training Officer who is passionate about education and training. The Training Officer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that are aligned with the company's business goals specifically in the Food industry.

  • Coordinate, manage, and deliver training program in store employees
  • Create, develop and enhance the training program that helps in store employees career development
  • Monitor in store performance in compliance to the standard procedures aligned to the training program
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) Define training requirements
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the training program
  • Strong decision - making capabilities
  • Above- average communication, collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • With minimum 2 years experience in training specifically in food industry
