· College graduate or graduate of technical vocational course related to Business Administration, Real estate, Urban planning, communications

· Direct experience in telecommunications, utility, or renewable energy sectors

· Demonstrated success in negotiation lease and easement agreements

· Proven track record of navigating the permitting processes of multiple municipalities and government agencies

· Conducting field visit and due diligence on potential sites

· Collaborate with design teams to understand technical requirements and target areas

· Perform initial due diligence, including engineering plan, zoning reviews, and feasibility assessments.

· Identify and contract landowners or their representatives to initiate negotiations

· Negotiate and secure legally sound lease, license or easement agreements that meet company standards for cost, term and access rights.

· Secure all necessary approval from DPWH for work in highway ROW.
