Internship Overview:

This internship is designed for students currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy. It provides hands-on experience in real-world accounting tasks within an HR and manpower services company. Interns will work closely with our Finance Team and gain practical knowledge in accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents such as vouchers, receipts, and invoices
  • Encode and update financial records using spreadsheets or accounting software
  • Support payroll processing and help manage employee benefits records
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist in preparing BIR forms, financial reports, and compliance documents
  • Participate in internal audits and help with financial data inventory
  • Maintain organized financial files, both physical and digital
  • Provide administrative support during audits and reporting periods

Learning Opportunities:

  • Practical experience in the full accounting cycle
  • Exposure to Philippine labor and tax compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Understanding payroll and financial documentation for outsourced employees
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP tools (if available)
  • Development of soft skills such as time management, organization, teamwork, and communication

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • School endorsement for On-the-Job Training (OJT)
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles
  • Willing to complete the required 600 OJT hours
